my parents just came back frm HK. bought my sisters and i a kipling pencil case and a jade beaded bracelet. really cool.

i have to wear an ankle guard yet again cos my ankle hurts. JOY. it sucks cos your foot is deprived of all the blood and yeah. it is really tight. tomorrow is PE and Ms. Ong may ask me to run with the class. i dont want to. it is gonna make me feel heavy and i wont dance well!!

my mom and dad met an old friend in HK. told us that one of the families we knew, the mother, christine gygi, died in november. it was quite shocking cos we stayed at her house in maryland USA in 2000. we had fun. she has 2 sons and a daughter who is the same age as margaux. their family is one of the nicest families i've ever met. she apparently died cos a medical staff gave her an overdose of the drip thingy. really sad. and shocking. i couldnt believe it. i cant possibly imagine how rachel (the daughter) feels. she is only 13! oh well. that shows how unpredictable life can be.. :(
